A) All vehicles sold AS IS WHERE IS BASIC and subject to the condition of sale.
B) Besure to inspect the vehicles before bidding, no inspection is allowed after the auction.
C) All intending bidders are advised to inspect the conditions of the vehicles & perform their own JPJ & PDRM search before the Auction.
D)No viewing is allowed after 3pm on the auction day.
E) Bidder's deposit RM1000.00 and buyer's premium RM500.00 shall be levied on all lots of vehicles.
F) Payment by CASH, BANK DRAFT only (Payable to "MAROOF STORE")
G) The purchaser shall pay the balance of the purchases in full to the Legal Owner within the period as stated in the PROCLAMATION OF SALE.
H) The details of the vehicles as listed above are subject to change by the Legal Owner.
I) JPJ and PDRM search are done through INTERNET SEARCH ONLY.
KINDLY BE INFORMED THAT UNIT WILL BE RELEASED TO THE SUCCESSFULL BIDDER UPON CHEQUE CLEARING.
FOR VEHICLES MODEL MORE THAN 10 YEARS OLD WITH SALES PROCEED LESS THAN RM15K, REGISTRATION OF THESE UNITS WILL BE TRANSFER TO PURCHASERS NAME BY RAQM/AFC FIRST BEFORE SECURITY DOCUMENTS WILL BE RELEASE TO THEM. ALL THE RELATED COSTS SHALL BE BORN BY PURCHASER.
